Simple and quick salad with a sweet hot dressing. The combination of roasted seeds, herbs and honey is a non-trivial change from the traditional vinaigrette dressing.

Recipe for Salad with hot dressing
Ingredients
Salad
- 170 g lettuce can be ready mix of salads
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 balls mozzarella
- 140 g canned corn
Dressing
- 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp linseed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- juice of half a lemon
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables and mozzarella and put them in a bowl. You can use a ready-made salad mix.170 g lettuce, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 1 red bell pepper, 1 red onion, 250 g cherry tomatoes, 140 g canned corn, 2 balls mozzarella
- Seeds and herbs of Provence roast in a dry pan for a while, add oil, honey, lemon juice.1 tbsp herbs de Provence, 3 tbsp sunflower seeds, 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp linseed, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, juice of half a lemon
- Sprinkle the hot dressing over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.salt, pepper
