Recipe for Salad with hot dressing

Ingredients
 
 

Salad

  • 170 g lettuce can be ready mix of salads
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 balls mozzarella
  • 140 g canned corn

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp linseed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop all the vegetables and mozzarella and put them in a bowl. You can use a ready-made salad mix.
    170 g lettuce, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 1 red bell pepper, 1 red onion, 250 g cherry tomatoes, 140 g canned corn, 2 balls mozzarella
  • Seeds and herbs of Provence roast in a dry pan for a while, add oil, honey, lemon juice.
    1 tbsp herbs de Provence, 3 tbsp sunflower seeds, 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp linseed, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, juice of half a lemon
  • Sprinkle the hot dressing over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
