Lavender Tea Recipe

Ingredients
 
 

  • 50 g dried lavender
  • 50 g dried elderberry blossom
  • 50 g dried elderberry fruit
  • 30 g dried licorice root
  • 17 g dried juniper

Instructions
 

  • Mix lavender, elderberry, licorice and juniper in a bowl, then put it in an airtight container, such as a jar.

  • The prepared mixture is enough to brew about 100 cups of tea.

Suggested serving for 1.5 liters of water

  • 1 tablespoon of the mixture, 3 cm of ginger root, half a lemon juice, a tablespoon of honey. Brew for 5 minutes.
