Crispy Fried Zucchini

Crispy fried zucchini Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Wash 1 medium zucchini and cut into slices (about 1 cm thick). You don't have to peel it. Spread the sliced zucchini on kitchen paper. Salt both sides and cover with kitchen paper and leave for 20 minutes. This will get rid of excess water from the zucchini.1 zucchini, salt
- Pat the zucchini dry with kitchen paper. Bread like cutlets. Put the flour, egg and breadcrumbs in 3 deep plates. Add pepper and paprika to the flour. Mix. Coat zucchini slices first in seasoned flour, then dip in beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.3 tbsp flour, 1 egg, 3 tbsp breadcrumbs, pepper, 1 tsp sweet paprika
- Fry the breaded cutlets in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Place the fried zucchini on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat. Enjoy your meal.oil
