Fried eggs for the biggest fussy eaters
Fried eggs are a popular dish that can be prepared in many ways. One of them is the use of an interesting and original way of serving them – e.g. in the shape of a kitten. This form will surely appeal to your children. You can use cookie molds or look for special molds in kitchen supply stores or online.

Fried Eggs for Kids
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice bacon
- 5 new potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
- 1 handful green beans
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch dill
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water. You can add a little butter and dill to the cooked and drained potatoes.5 new potatoes, 1 tbsp butter, salt, 1 pinch dill
- Peel the beans (cut off the ends) and put them in boiling water. Add salt and sugar, cook for 15-20 minutes, then drain. Heat the butter in the pan and add the breadcrumbs. Stir and pour over cooked beans.salt, 1 handful green beans, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp butter
- Cut a slice of bacon into triangles to create a bow tie and ears for the kitten. Fry it in a dry pan until brown on both sides.1 slice bacon
- In the same pan (do not get rid of the fat from the bacon) put the mold. Pour 2 eggs into it. If you prefer hard boiled eggs, you can cover the pan. Fry the eggs. If some of the egg has flowed out of the mold, you can easily get rid of it with a wooden stick (see the video below). At the end of frying, put the bacon on the kitten's ears.Put the cooked eggs to a plate. Add bacony "bow tie", beans and potatoes. Enjoy your meal!2 eggs
