Chocolate muffins
Quick and easy to make chocolate muffins. If you are a fan of chocolate pastries, these cupcakes are just for you! They are delicious on their own, but also perfect with frosting. What if I told you that they are very easy to prepare and ready in just 20 minutes? Thanks to the nuts, the cupcakes taste like Nutella. If you prefer sweeter desserts, you can substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate. For even fluffier cupcakes, be sure to only mix the batter until just combined.
This basic recipe is perfect for experimenting and adding your own ingredients, such as fruit or jam. If you don’t have paper molds, don’t worry. You can grease the form with butter and sprinkle with cocoa, use heat-resistant ceramic dishes or handmade baking paper cups.

Ingredients
- 1,5 cup flour
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- â…“ cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp ground hazelnuts
- salt
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in the bowl, add chocolate and ground hazelnuts.1,5 cup flour, 5 tbsp powdered sugar, 5 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp ground hazelnuts, 100 g dark chocolate
- In the second bowl mix wet ingredients and add salt.1 tbsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract, 1 cup milk, â…“ cup oil, 2 eggs, salt
- Mix dry and wet ingredients together until just evenly combined. Don't overmix. Use the wisk.
- Pour the batter evenly into all the molds (leave about 1 cm of space – so the cupcakes have room to rise). Put the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before eating. Enjoy!
