You can replace Gruy\u00e8re cheese with another aromatic cheese, e.g. Parmesan, Grana Padano, Pecorino Romano or even Cheddar. You can also use any other cheese that melts well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
You can replace the baguette with any bread, e.g. ciabatta or sourdough bread.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
You can use both frozen and fresh mushrooms. I recommend bay boletes or boletus mushrooms the most. When using fresh mushrooms, remember to peel them, slice them and then boil them for 15-30 minutes, depending on the type of mushroom. Pour off the water after boiling the mushrooms.
