These pork skewers are a definite HIT for a Saturday barbecue. Juicy tenderloin with a slightly wine aroma with an Asian twist, roasted onion and sweet prunes wrapped in salty bacon. I advise you to prepare a triple portion right away 😉

You can prepare them on the grill, pan or in the oven. Read the step-by-step recipe on how to prepare skewers and watch the video below the recipe.
With the given proportions, you will make approx. 7 skewers 25 cm long.
What to replace or what other vegetables can you grill? You can easily stuff zucchini, eggplant, carrots, peppers, pineapple, asparagus, cherry tomatoes or corn on skewers.
You can use chicken, turkey, beef or tofu. It is best to marinate the meat overnight, but if you do not have time, marinate it for at least 2 hours.
Onion slices should be about 1 cm thick. Cut the meat into 2x2x2 cm cubes. It is worth making sure that the pieces of meat on the skewers are of similar size, thanks to which they will cook evenly. And no one will come across a raw or dry bite.
If you’re using wooden skewers, it’s a good idea to soak them in water for a few minutes before using them. Thanks to this, you will avoid burning the sticks during grilling.
