Today I am sharing with you a recipe for delicious pita bread with the addition of whole wheat flour, but if you prefer, you can also prepare them with 100% “regular” wheat flour. Pita breads are not only extremely tasty, but also versatile and can be used in many different ways.

Why do I add whole wheat flour? Whole Grain flour, unlike white flour, contains whole wheat grains, together with the germ and husk, which makes it an extremely rich source of fibre, minerals and vitamins. Thanks to this, our breads will not only be tasty, but also healthier and more filling.
